Privacy

Effective August 27, 2026. Walkthrough is a static web app. It is a form/checklist tool, not legal advice.

What stays on your device

Property details, checklist answers, notes, photos, and signatures are processed in your browser. Photos are held as in-memory object URLs. They are not uploaded, not stored on our servers, and not used to train anything. If you close the tab, photos are gone unless you printed or saved a PDF yourself.

A small draft flag and, if you open the thanks page, localStorage.walkthrough_pro may be written locally so this browser can hide the watermark. That flag does not contain photos or addresses. Clearing site data deletes it.

What we do not collect in the app

• No account, no login, no cloud backup of inspections.
• No analytics SDK is bundled in these files.
• We cannot see the unit you walked or the tenant’s name.

Payments

Walkthrough Pro is sold as a $19 one-time Stripe Payment Link. Stripe processes the card. Their privacy policy governs checkout. We do not see full card numbers. Completing Stripe checkout does not automatically send inspection data anywhere.

Hosting and logs

Whoever hosts these HTML files (a static host, your own disk, or a preview URL) may log ordinary web requests: IP address, user agent, pages requested. Those logs are not the contents of your report.

Print / PDF / email

If you print, save as PDF, or email a report, you are sharing it. That is your choice. Treat photos of occupied units as tenant-sensitive. Do not post reports publicly.

Children

Walkthrough is for adult landlords, managers, and vendors. It is not directed at children under 13.
